firemens retirement homes ?
My father retired from the fire Dept. after many yrs . He is now 89 yrs. old and we are looking for an assisted living home or into other options. Does any one know if there is a firemens home or any thing at all like it? Any suggestions on a resonable place for him to go in NJ? He is now living in Toms River NJ but was a fireman in Newark NJ many yrs. ago. He owns a house and we are going to sell it . But we want the sales money to last as long as possible. The retirement (assisted living) homes we looked at were very, very expensive. Thanks for any help .

- Now, I dont think you might be able to find something like that because some patient could have Alzheimer's and not exactly know what is going on.
