How can I find ratings / personal experiences of retirement homes in Canada?
Hi there, I live in Ottawa and am looking around for a retirement residence for my grandmother. There are so many options. Some have complaints and some don't, some are approved by the retirement homes standards commission or whatever, but I REALLY want is a website or forum or newspaper story or something that actually has personal experiences, opinions, or ratings of some of these homes. Does such a thing exist? Thank you very much
