Is AFLAC Insurance a good place to work? How is the pay, vacation, medical benefits & retirement?

2. I am a licensed life agent. I do not have personal experience with that company but I have worked with other agents from similar companies and it seens like very good work. You can offer many different products to your clients, and clients want a variety of insurance products to meet their individual needs. The pay is based on commissions but there are a few different pay scales, I would think that vacations are based on how long you have been with the company, but with my current agency, I work my own hours, if I don't show up I know I don't get paid, so I take my own personal time as I need it. Most insurance companies have great benefits and quite a few will let you pay directly out of you paycheck which is great for me. I would go for it. Good luck!
3. I just started working for Aflac about two months ago and I think it's a great oppurtunity. You work your own hours, there are bonuses and trips all the time. the only thing you have to do is put in the honest hard work and everything will pay off. My RSC started when he was 18, hes 38 now and makes about 300,000 a year. so thats what keeps me going.
