2. Try Harriman TN, just south of Knoxville on I 40 very small town of about 10000 and cheap housing.
3. 40 years ago I built the ETV transmitter on Short Mountain just outside Sneedville, TN and fell in love with the area. I've often thought about moving back there now that I'm retired.
