  1. haha.... well i guess some would, some would just decide that's too weird. but really, what under 35 year old would want to go live with a bunch of old people?
  2. I think there are typically age requirements, but I'm sure you could find some that'll let you in.
  3. bit on the young side 35yrs ?
  4. move back in with your parents
  5. No, they don't.
  6. I really don't know if they would or not. You must be looking for a quiet place. Check it out. It wouldn't hurt to find out. If you've got the money, I don't see why they would turn you down.
  7. I bet if you have enough money they would, but you better be careful all the widows will be after you and the older men won't like you for taking their women
  8. my elderly auntie lives in an independent living apartment place, and it's for 55 and above. However, there are some disabled people (younger than 55) who qualify to live there. The rental fee is based on % of their income.
  9. No. One party must be at least 55 years old.
  10. They may allow people of all ages if they're retired. My only question would be-why would a 35 yo who has enough money to retire early want to be around a bunch of tired old people? I'm 70 and I cant stand being around old people.
  11. A lot of the condos & other retirement communities in FL have to allow 15% of people under 55 due to discrimination law suits. (still no children nor pets)
  12. Not the one I lived in in Northern California. 55 was the lowest you could go.
  13. Most retirement communities are for 55 or over, you can usually stay in one if visiting no more then 30 days. Why would a 35 year old want to be in a retirement community.is the question. Your life is still young, get out there and enjoy it while you can. Retirement will come soon enought, then you will wish you were still 35 and could still do the things you could at 35.
