Are there any conducted tours of various Florida retirement communities offered for prospecive retirees.?

  1. I've not looked for homes in retirement commnuities in Florida, so I don't know for sure. But I am going to try. The best thing to do is call the communities that you are most interested in. Ask them if they offer tours. They will be able to tell you if they do. I'm going to assume that they will give yours, but will have to schedule them, so you need to plan a little in advance. But again, I'm not positive and I assume each will be different. Now, if the communities themselves don't, which I really think they would. You could also contact a real estate agent. We have spent days with real estate agents from the area going in various homes and communities in the area. They take you all over Florida and show you around and will work on dealing with each community as well. I'm going to assume that certain real estate agencies may actually specialize in selling retirement communities. So you could contact an agent to see if they can help you as well. Hope this gives you a few ideas!
