Retirement Communities: why are they cheaper?
Does anybody know why homes in retirement communities are cheaper? is there some kind of scheme to gain financially from retired people? What is the reason for the low prices?

- Erm, well thinking off the top of my head, they are probably quite small? They also have quite a hefty service charge.
