Have you considered living in a nice new retirement community? We have a new one opening in the winter here. It is open to 55 and older and rent payments are based on income. Are there any better gated retirement golf communities that are better than http://www.sunlakesofarizona.com ? I saw the pictures on www.sunlakesofarizona.com of the community and did a little research on the five country clubs but can’t find anything comparable in the general area. The taxes and cost of living are very inexpensive. Real estate costs are very low compared to Boston. I want to compare with other over 40 (years of age) over 55 communities in the area, can't find anything else and find that very surprising.
