Why Are People Buying Holiday and Retirement Homes In Bulgaria? With Health, Hygine and Hospital and Emergency Services at such a primitive level it is virtually suicide to spend any amount of time holidaying in Bulgaria and other former Communist Block Countries! Even monor injuries are treated in barbaric a ludacrus ways! My son had sunburn on his feet and the hospital socked his feet in oil and bandaged them tight. They kept cooking until he was screaming in pain! We had to cut them off and force his feet into a bath of cold water! They do not have the faintest idea on basic first aid! While we were waiting in the hospital an English man was brought in who had had a heart attack and been waiting 5 hours for a ambulance. The taxi drivers in the resort would not take him to hospital! BUY IN HAST REGRET IT AT LEISURE! Spain is still the best place in the world for holiday and retirement homes! Today the medicine and treatment is first class and they have the best transplant record in Europe!

How would I get my dog registered to be a service dog to go to retirement homes and give people pleasure? I adopted a rescue dog who has yet to meet a human stranger and makes everybody smile. Can retirement homes consume your entire estate before you die? My uncle might be forced into being put in a retirement home if his foot does not get better and he can "prove" that he can live on his own.He is 76. I am the executor of his will and I am wondering if I have him liquidate his assets now and the family stores his money in a bank so the convelecent home does not have access to it,if this is legal.After all it is his money but if he has to stay in home I am sure they will use up all his estate and then Medicare will kick in..Is this legal to "give" his money away to family so old folks home wont be able to take it all if he can't get out?He says it is just like living in prison with out the bars on the windows.I regret that oldness is wasted on the elderly.I sure don't look forward to growing old..
